EPIC Projesi Katılımcı Başvuru Formu
Dear Students,
Our school, Tokat Fen Lisesi, will participate in two international LTT activities as part of the Erasmus+ KA210 SCH project 'Environmental Protection and Innovation in Climate Change (EPIC)'. The mobilities will take place in:
- Małaszewicze, Poland (September 2025)
- Târlișua, Romania (March 2026)
A total of 16 students (8 for each mobility) will be selected. Students will stay in host families during their mobility. Students who wish to apply must fill out this application form completely and honestly.
Important: The incoming Romanian and Polish students will stay with host families in Tokat from June 1–7, 2025 (6 nights). This includes the 1st and 2nd days of Eid al-Adha(KurbanBayramı). Students who will not be travelling out of town and can host during this period will be prioritized.
